Cascade IPA This one-off from the brewery is yet another hop showcase. Falconer Flight & Centennial hops start this off with resins & spice that greet you in the nose. Centennial and Calypso hops deliver a noticeable hop bite; dry hopping with more Calypso leaves a linger spice and a long hop burn on the palate. It's time to sit back and enjoy. 5.7% ABV 60 IBU	Red Eye Rye This mid-season red ale is the start of the transition from lighter to darker beers. Delta and Crystal hops give this hop forward but balanced red ale notes of pine resin, spice and toasted malts in the nose. A sharp though not aggressive hop bitterness from the Fuggles, Deltas and Goldings intermingles with the malts to finish off with a slight hop spice bite. 4.7% ABV, 25 IBU	Portland Ale A combination of German Pilsner and Noble aromatic hops makes this light bodied, straw colored ale a perfect choice for lager drinkers. 5% ABV, 36 IBU
